The Art of Handling Pressure

Nowadays, if we observe precisely, we can find many people discussing the pressure they are facing in life. Sometimes it may be due to family issues or professional targets, love matters, educational targets or may be the combination of many. I personally saw many people who got frustrated with such situations. On their FM channel, only one song runs i.e. Pressure song. Wherever they go it follows, they are always accompanied by it. And because of that, neither they enjoy their life nor the work which they are doing. In today’s world, we all are multi-taskers, it’s really obvious to have such pressure situations daily in life, we can’t avoid such situations. But one thing we can do and that is to learn the art of handling pressures properly, get best out of it and enjoy the precious life.
I am a big fan of Dhoni rather sarcastically I am a big air conditioner(AC) of Dhoni. If we observe him during every match whether its test, ODI, 20-20; whether its world cup or champions trophy; whether its final match or trial match; whether its match against Pakistan or Australia, we find same calm and composed person who is trying hard to win the game. We find a person who celebrates win exactly the same way he accepts defeats. The most important thing which we can derive from him is that he treats each situation equally, give best efforts each time, prepare well for every difficulty he might face during the match and not bother about the results. During every after match presentations, he shares his secrets and one thing which is most important for us to learn is that we cannot predict all the difficult situations, what we have the only option is to prepare our self physically and mentally for handling them, what we can do is try to give our best and leave the rest, what we can do is to consider it is as a testing time and rather than concentrating on results and chances of failures if we focus more on learnings then that might be going to be a great deal in a broader way of life.
Building our physical and mental strength is again a good point which we observe from MSD’s speeches. At the age of 35, he is one of the fastest runner between the wickets and the secret lies in the super hard training he has going through in the gym. He scientifically trains his body for the utmost physical fitness so that he can withstand any crucial situation as per as physical strength is a concern. On the other hand, we can do meditation and yoga to develop our mental fitness. The combination of both mental and physical fitness is the great combination for handling difficult situations in life.
Since last few years, I am following the same approach to deal with such a situation and I am quite sure that I have succeeded 75% to handle my pressure effectively. Its definitely not going to be an easy task as it requires a change of our mindset but I strongly believe that If we try we can definitely able to manage of stress, pressure and enjoy the situation and life fully. Hope this will also help you all.

The art of Rebound- Life gives chance to everyone

Many times we feel bad, dejected, depressed, nervous, frustrated and lost. There might be various reasons for such situations such as low grades in exams, locha-e-ulfat issues, not getting respect from peers, repetitive failures in business or work, clashes with family members etc etc. Now this turns to a really really tough time, especially when no one is there to help you out or support you, motivate you, guide you and listen to you. Basically, no one desires such a bad phase but the fact is that no one can avoid such situations. That’s the beauty of life, it is impartial to all of us. Up and downs are part of life, just the timeline and intensity varies from person to person. But please note that no one, I repeat no one, can avoid it.
Now almost everyone wants to come out of this situation as early as possible. No one really likes to carry this bad phase for the considerable long time. But the main question is that how to react, respond, behave in such situations and carry calm and composed nature so that one can use brain and heart efficiently. Trust me our brain and heart are the deadly combinations if they work as a team, one can solve any critical situation and become next MS Dhoni or may be better than him.
I am really a mango person, aam adami like you, who faced all such problems in life and trust me, I have struggled a lot during those times. But over the period I realise something, I found one secret which works really well for me. This method started working as a weapon for me. After using it, I personally feel more empowered, stable and composed than I ever feel. I was surprised with the results I got so to cross check it, I started sharing it with my near ones whenever they are in a bad phase. Now the results are again positive, they started feeling well and come out of bad phase comparatively in a shorter time and started using it on a regular basis. So with this post, I have decided to share this secret weapon with you all, may be down the line it will help you.
I basically found the main after-effect of a bad phase, it is nothing but the ‘loss of confidence’. Just think about any bad phase of your life, any unwanted situation and try to recollect the immediate effects which you feel. Almost all the time, we start doubting ourselves, start hating ourselves, start thinking about our negatives or weaknesses, start comparing with others who are successful at that particular point in time. In short, we started losing believe in ourselves and start losing confidence.

As most of the solutions lie in the problem, rather than stick to bad phase and losing confidence, I started working on the things which will boost my confidence. I start with small steps which help me to motivate. I started creating opportunities for myself and with this opportunity, I started gaining my confidence. We can find the same approach is showed by Farhan Akhtar in Bollywood movie Karthik calling Karthik. We need to understand our strengths and play the game with it. It will help us to believe that we can handle the situation well, we can work well, we can influence people around us and ultimately we can get respect from the community. This feeling does the rest of the work and in the short duration of time, you will overcome your bad phase. In short, play with your strengths, work on your weaknesses, no one in this world is perfect, just involve yourself with some good activity and start gaining confidence.
